white sangria

Ingredients

  • 750ml chilled white wine
  • 750ml chilled sparkling grape juice
  • 150ml cointreau
  • ice cubes
  • Garnish
  • cucumber – peeled and sliced into batons
  • white nectarines – thinly sliced
  • fresh mint leaves
  • fresh basil leaves

Method

  1. Pour wine, juice and cointreau into serving jug, over ice.
  2. Add cucumber and nectarines, stir to mix sangria and fruit.
  3. To serve, place basil in glass before pouring, and finish with sprig of mint.
