- 750ml chilled white wine
- 750ml chilled sparkling grape juice
- 150ml cointreau
- ice cubes
- cucumber – peeled and sliced into batons
- white nectarines – thinly sliced
- fresh mint leaves
- fresh basil leaves
- Pour wine, juice and cointreau into serving jug, over ice.
- Add cucumber and nectarines, stir to mix sangria and fruit.
- To serve, place basil in glass before pouring, and finish with sprig of mint.
