Terms and Conditions


All initial pricing is offered on a proposal basis and can be further tailored to client requirements e.g. price, content and timings, by negotiation.


A 50% deposit based on estimated guest numbers is required at time of booking.

The final balance must be paid within five (5) business days of the function.


If due to unforeseen circumstances, a deposited booking needs to be deferred/transferred to an alternate date, the deposit will be transferred, subject to availability.  Upon final payment, the booking becomes non-transferable and non-refundable.

In Addition

A venue site visit may be required to view the space and discuss your vision further.

Menus can be created to suit the vision for the function and accommodate a budget.

Where possible all notified dietary requirements can be accommodated, provided adequate notice – up to four (4) days – is given.
